Sharing Rules
Your user name, and web site address will be shared, your real name and email will not be shared.
Ok...sit down for this one...are you sitting? Ok, I am going to hack your design, take off your link, and add a link to Share-Your-Design.com...breath!! Are you ok? Since I am a designer, I KNOW how important those links are to you! So, why would I do such a thing? Listen, this is a great useful site for eBay sellers, but behind all the nice template previews, this is only a fancy link exchange. I am aggresively marketing this site and I will bring you more clicks than that little link on the bottom of your design! I get clicks...you get clicks...we all win!
Once your template is up on this site, the images stay. It doesn't matter if we get in a big kitty fight with claws drawn and all. People will be using images on their auctions, and I refuse to mess with their auction by messing with the images on their templates.
You sat for hours at your computer creating these designs. I don't mean that you searched high and low on the internet to find them! If you decide to share a design, it must be yours! You must 100%, no doubt, own the copyright on the design (and it's images).
This a site created to share designs! Your designs will be available for free, for anyone that can click a mouse.
If your template is taken and then sold, I am not responsible. I'll be happy to join you in mumbling really bad things under my breath, that's about it.
If any of your Terms of Use are broken in anyway, again I am not responsible. If you don't want people breaking your rules, maybe putting your designs anywhere on the internet is a bad idea for you.
This site is new, and it will have bugs (I promise), therefore you understand that by posting your designs on this site, you are becoming a tester for me. Please let me know about the bugs!
Your designs must be nice, respectful, and clean! If I find spyware, or anything that looks bad, you have got to go. Sorry!
I reserve the right to deny any designer or their designs for any reason.
